Important Guidelines for Students at IIP Laxmi Raman Global Senior Secondary School (CBSE)

At IIP Laxmi Raman Global Senior Secondary School, CBSE, we prioritize the safety, well-being, and discipline of our students. To ensure a conducive learning environment and foster responsible behavior, we have established the following guidelines:

Valuable Articles: Students are advised not to bring any valuable articles to school. While every effort will be made to avoid loss, the school will not be responsible for the loss of students’ belongings, including books, fountain pens, tiffin carriers, gold ornaments, or any other articles.

Behaviour Outside School: Students are responsible for their behavior outside school premises. Any objectionable conduct reported or observed outside of school may result in disciplinary action.

Health and Hygiene: Students suffering from contagious or infectious diseases will not be permitted to attend school. Additionally, students are instructed to maintain cleanliness and tidiness in their person, dress, books, and belongings.

Language Usage: Students are encouraged to converse only in English on school premises to enhance their proficiency in the language.

Classroom Etiquette: Students must adhere to seating arrangements designated by the Class Teacher and refrain from moving or leaving the classroom without permission.

Personal Grooming: Boys should come to school with properly cut hair, and coloring of hair is not permitted. Students are expected to maintain personal hygiene and grooming standards.

Lunchtime Protocol: Students bringing lunch to school must use napkins, hand towels, and table mats to maintain cleanliness in the classroom. Good table manners should be observed to avoid spilling or wasting food.

Cleanliness and Hygiene: Students are responsible for keeping the school premises clean by disposing of waste properly and maintaining cleanliness in common areas.

Drinking Water: While the school provides clean drinking water, students are encouraged to carry water bottles from home for self-use during the day.

Prohibited Activities: Eating, drinking, or chewing gum is not permitted during class hours. Any student found taking others’ belongings or engaging in physical violence will face disciplinary action.

Disciplinary Rules: Rules and regulations outlined in the prospectus are framed to maintain the reputation and usefulness of the institution. They will not be altered at the request of individuals or groups.
